Tony is passionate about consulting and gets great job satisfaction out of solving problems and helping Business Owners improve their profitability and business value. He believes "being in business should provide you with financial freedom" and he is focused on doing just that.
Tony is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years experience and is no stranger to success in the corporate world. After attaining career success in accounting roles, Tony grabbed the opportunity to move into systems and technology roles reaching the pinnacle of his career as Chief Information Officer for a multinational construction company with a turnover exceeding $700m. With his vast knowledge and experience of finance, IT systems and senior management being applied as a Consultant, Tony can utilise these skills to grow profits and add value to the Business Owners he works with.
Tony is an experienced Consultant and having worked at senior management level has been directly involved in all aspects of business including strategic planning, finance, IT systems, sales, marketing and team building in the corporate arena. This experience has given Tony a great understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for Businesses who are striving for the next level of success, whether they be small or large organisations.
His experience is diverse with his career taking him through many industries including Import, Distribution, Retail, Shipping, Travel, Printing, Oil & Gas and Construction. He has worked with companies ranging from 2 to 5,000 team members.
